Conclave: another bug

Since I´ve got Conclave, the game does not warn that I have to assign a tutor to children who turn 6 years old.

Although, the game does tell you at 5 that you need to set a childhood focus doesn't it? Temporarily flag them "of interest" and come back the next year to set one. Then you can remove the "of interest" flag. It's a workaround for the moment that will at least let you get it to work and stop them getting random tutors.
