Concers about women councilors & hijackers

I would like to ask about 2 questions about females in the game.
First- Councilors: I found only one way to put a woman into your council. She has to be your wife and the only position available is spymaster. The gender sucession laws seems to have no effect (didn't try true cognatic though). Is there some other way to put women on council (especially tedious when you role-play duchess or queen) or is it at least modable?

Second one is probably a cheese. As it stands now every county in europe can hijack unmarried 26stat marshall of Byzantine empire. All you need is him not holding or being heir to any titles and having a non-lowborn female courtie (which can be cheaply bought). Is it ok, or should it be adressed in patch/mod?

The first is moddable - in the council positions just change it so that where it says female=no, this line is removed.
You'll also need to mod the missions that the councillors can go on though.

I believe your mother can also be appointed as spymaster.

2) If you've got a marshall like that, make sure he gets married to someone in your court, possibly even your daughter. Matrilinearly if possible.
