No, but that's why you need fighters as well. fighters can shoot down bombers a lot more effective if they have air detection.
3k fighters (fewer with doctrine) is all you need to get 80% detection over home territory. 1 single radar may be worth it to boost that up to 100% but if you don't have more planes than the enemy it won't be as impactful as AA, though admittedly cheaper

This should actually work and end up healing the building. (Unless if running in -debug mode. That's why one does not make assert()ions about user inputs.)
If that is true, then does 110% production efficiency retention increase PE every time you switch production lines too?

That would be hilarious. Oh how I love breaking PDX games.

I'm partial to the negative maintenance example in EU 4 long ago, but yeah you get a lot of amusing outcomes with additive modifiers that approach/surpass 100%.

Basics of creating a mechanism, wlog armour:
  • How does it add? What happens if you have both chainmail 50 and stoneskin 50?
  • How does it multiply? We will always need even fatter loot, so how will chainmail 100, chainmail 300, &c. work?

So you're putting 3k fighters on interception? Well, good luck with that, I usually don't have that much planes to spare.

i mean, if i'm playing as optimally as possible as Germany in SP (just to use the country the AI targets seemingly most as an example) while using historical wars and focus times, then i'll put 400 over each home airzone so the AI won't target them at all and peace conference the Allies in a month, maybe two depending whether or not I rangers in Poland. then against the USSR they seem to rarely bomb, other than maybe Berlin, so again I put 400 fighters there use my remaining 5-8k (~50-60 factories' worth) to get 70-90% green air over the SSRs.

if it's multiplayer, then yes, you will need 3k fighters or more for your interceptors not to be slaughtered by the enemy's "escorts" due to how (dumbly) important numbers are to trades.
