Hello, I'm playing as Germany and have come to some crossroad choices. Just wondering what anyone might have for advice on a couple of technology.
1st is the choice between Concentrated or Dispersed which will affect my TC.
2nd is the choice between Decisive Battle or Operational Art.
3rd is the choice between Elastic Defense or Static Defense.

1st- You should probably take Dispersed for any nation that will be conquering a lot of territory. It gives a substantial bonus to Occupied Province TC while not as big of a bonus to your home TC. Concentrated gives more home TC but less Occupied TC than Dispersed.
2nd- This is similar to the Quantity vs Quality choices. Decisive Battle lowers the IC cost for your basic infantry, mil and art thus allowing you to build more of them while Operational Art raises the IC cost of those units but gives a large bonus to your Max Org so they fight better. As a historical Germany you would choose Operational Art.
3rd- Static Defense is not as good in my opinion. This is the doctrine that the French pursued in WW2 and it didn't serve them well. Elastic is a better choice in my opinion. It is also the one that Germany chose historically.
