The nations of Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland and Japan have proclaimed themselves enemies of the people and plan to deceive the great Soviet Union and the Comintern it stands for!
They think themselves 'clever' for organizing an anti-soviet alliance on the very release day of the game.
The People will not stand for this!
This is a call to ALL those loyal to Stalin and ideas of communism represented by the Comintern to unite against their expansionist policies.
I hereby ask you to listen to my proposal of a five-year preparation plan against such a threat.

1-Urgent internal issue...
The Soviet Union has much to do in 1936, but with dedication to The Cause, the people can prevail. Even though superiority of social-communism ideas has been clearly demonstrated, there are still those un-loyal to the People. How can we rely on the Red army if its very leaders have not adopted the ideas of communism?
It is my suggestion to re-educate our officers and generals and... ehm... 'PURGE' the cancerous influence from the Red Army.
2- Means of production
The People own the means of production, therefore The People will be better off if there was more production. Moreover, it will be needed to fight back against the fascist hordes. I recommend immediate and extensive buildup of industry in whole of Soviet Union. We are also to improve the trans-siberian railway system in case we should need to commit to military operation in the east.
3. Operacija slomljeni k*r*c(the Finnish question)
How can we allow that the second largest city of our great nation, Leningrad, to be mere kilometers away from enemy-sympathisers that is the Finnish government? We should militarily interfere and make them know their place. Should be easy, they are a small nation anyway.
4-Enemy supply of oil and lubricants
The fascist nations will need oil to supply their machines of unjust war. Luckily, they do not posess significant reserves themselves. However, the government of Romania seems to be buying into fascist deceptions. We should invest into supporting communism in Romania and invite them to The Union. This way, the fascists will be left with no significant oil fields in Europe and will be forced to pay for it, or face the wrath of the Red Army.
A capable leader will be required to lead the Romanian People (any volunteers ?).
5-Turkey
Turkish people show sympathy towards the revolution, and we should work to bring them closer to the Cause. Allying with Turkey(or 'speeding up the process' by our professional diplomats(tank crews)) will grant us a very defensible region and a barrier from fascist Europe, millions of fascist will die at Bospor and Dardanelle but they will not take them! We need a leader for them.
6-Persia and Afganistan
Persia is relatively weak as a nation and their people will be better off as a part of the Soviet Union. I suggest we sent a couple of divisions to make their wish come true. Same holds for Afganistan.
In my next speech, I will propose a course of action to support our Chinese communist brothers and how to deal with the security of our territory in the east. We should then discuss general defensive plans to ensure the survival and prosperity of the mighty Soviet Union.
