comprehensive newbie guide ?

The tutorial is really great, but it lacks a "start there" section.

I have read everything the tutorial had to give me, and as an ex-player of HoI3, i understand the mechanics of the game, though trade seems overwhelming.

But now, say i want to play as Prussia. What do i start with ? raise my industries ? war against france ? What are the most important information to look at when you start a game ?

Thanks to any veteran Victoria player who could lend me a hand for my first game : )

As a vet of all paradox games, going back to EU1, I'm not quite overwhelmed with the mechanics of the game, but I was wondering, much as the OP was, what should I do first. I was rather thinking that getting my RGO's operating efficiently might be more important then having some crappy factories running at those early techs...but now I can read the guide and see more opinions, thanks.
