The survey kept asking me stuff about games I didn't own with no option to abstain from answering. This is probably going to skew the results quite a bit as an answer was required to continue the survey...

I just left some questions unanswered. You didn't have to answer.

You could leave all boxes unchecked for the questions with boxes but you could not skip the Likert scale questions that lacked an alternative to abstain (I tried and got a message telling me they where required).
As I recall the questions related to King Arthur (which I had previously stated that I did not own) as well as Magicka (which I own but have not yet played, which was another option not available in the survey).

There was no limit, everyone who completed the survey should have received an e-mail with a code.

Ah, ok will see if we can get an ETA for when they'll have new activation codes but I know for a fact GamersGate are running a skeleton crew until Monday as they are on the road. Could mean no new codes until after the weekend. I guess running out of codes is the digital distribution equivalent of running out of retail stock, just a first for me .
