Any plans for a tech-team version? That would be helpful too. I recently had to widdle down Scandinavian tech teams from the combination of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden (upwards of 40 teams) to about fifteen. I wanted it to be balanced, so I had to hunt down the crappy leaders but keep enough specializations to make teams necessary and not redundant.
