Let me explain a few things right away for all of you. Firstly, I was skyrocketing with all resources, making sure and even double sure that I wasn't sucking all the resources out of a particular resource itself. Secondly, amenities was good. Even to the point of there was plenty in reserves. Thirdly, everyone was happy and doing what they are suppose to do, until the callaspe. Fourthly, crime was nill. Basically I had none. Other than a couple of bandits trying to screw my trade, easily dispatched. 5, I was a exnophile, basically friendly with other aliens. Ok, so I made friends with most of the other races and they migrated to my place. A lot to say the least. 6, if there is a possibility that they revolted, that makes no sense, since the last people who I took over, yes upset at first but quickly started to like me. 7, there was no event when it happened. All there was, was a drop in frame rate suddenly no one was doing their job except my race. 8, if this involves the specialist. Then explain why? It doesn't quiet makes since to expand and need to make jobs or even bother making specialists if this happens.

Obvious question was - have you changed any of the race laws/policies. Have you implemented slavery? I cannot explain the drop in frame rate, but if noone except your race is working, that means, that you could be exterminating them (because even in slavery they should work basic jobs).

Also you might be better served posting this in the console forum, as it might be a console specific issue.

There was no slavery. As well as only changed a couple policies to please the factions which was about only two policies. None of those were purging. As well as thank you for letting me know sadly I am new to forum like stuff lols. As well again, slavery or purging was not allowed. Just clarifying :).

I forgot to add. I had more than 12 different species on each planet. I had about 30 planets conolized. As well as starting to form my own ringed world as well as starting to repair the other cybrex ringed world for more pops, food and engery.

Hmm....common problem with ringworlds is:
You build a science district and get a bunch of specialist jobs (scientist duh), suddenly all your farmers want to get of the farms and play with beakers. Your food plummets and your Consumer good consumption goes up. Suddenly low food, low CG = low happiness = low stability = lower production.

This is a common economic meltdown scenario. If you are fixing/building up ringworlds, this could happen. What were the policies you were changing and could you post some screenshots and hover over the pops, maybe the tooltip will tell you why they are not working.

Well. Sorry. It's already too late for me to share screenshots. However, the policies I had changed are strictly population control or resettlement. So in the end I can put pops to work if one planet is filled to another for a job. As I remember it didn't tell me. It did have however a slave symbol when I didn't put any specie's as slaves or displacement. Basically there shouldn't be a symbol there to begin with. However, when you added the ring world tip. I didn't know this was an issues and I had gotten done with three peices of the ring world. One price had about 11 pops and by then I had only put up a entertainment center and a civilian production place. However, I do see how that could cause the ring to start failing. Yet, for all the planets to abandon their jobs except my species is still confusing. If only I took the time to screenshot it. This would be easier to explain. I will still try to explain as best as I can though to help.

Also forgot to add once again. The displacement or slavery symbol usually is a yellowish green, I think. ( I am colorblind so bare with me ) Yet, it had a purplish tint. If this helps even more to help me understand thank you XD :).

Sorry, maybe if you go to an older autosave to show us the state of the empire, because I really can't think of anything.

Tip for future - if odd things, save the game make screenshots and then post a question. Usually what happens with PDX games is, that you don't notice something/there is a policy you don't think of, etc. You try to describe the issue, but since it is caused by something you don't know, you don't see it as odd. Other people look at the screenshot with fresh eyes and they could see it.

Sorry for not being able to help.
