So as everyone knows PDX posted a super secret change in 3.1 so i'm compiling a list of information they dropped that could relate

First off is from the Thread 'Trouble With Goals' where Snow Crystal posted this

I have good news for you in a couple of weeks.

He posted this in response to MentziaIII's post about
1. The House of Welf
2. Welf's CoA
3. Switzerland
4. Mountains

It was specifically focused towards Switzerland as he quoted the direct part where Mentzialll was proudly declaiming their rocky heritage. However in a later post he stated

I wasn't talking about Switzerland, map or culture.

That means that it was instead focused on Coat of Arms and the House of Welf. This could easily mean a new bloodline or update CoAs etc

Second off is from the Thread Romanish; Friulian; Ladin - Rhaetians where Snow Crystal Posted this

Yeah, it's super easy to fool him. And I heard he actually planned to originally have an additional culture there in HF, but never got around to it.

This was specifically referring the different German and North Italian cultures which proves that while this is not his focus he is specifically looking at both culture and Germany/North Italy. This would likely mean that he (or his other developers) are trying to add some flavor into Germany. They already did a bit with the center of the HRE through the 7 electors (and the new formable great duchies) according to the wiki they also allowed the creation of Switzerland which means that at least in that department they probably feel they did enough (which I heartily agree). I find a bloodline extremely likely because the German culture has 1 bloodline; Blood of Friedrich Barbarossa which occurs after the 1066 start date meaning that those wanting to play a little German state don't usually get their bloodline. It could be the Snow Crystal wants to add one of those, and since it would probably occur before 1066 it would be something that would be discovered quickly hence why the devs seem to be so nonchalant about revealing hints.

I've said it before, but, yes, I do also hope for bloodlines, we have plenty of historical rulers in the "German" culture area (sic) that took way more than just NINE HOSTAGES to become reknowned.
