I would add the Voidtech Rift Generator.
It's dimensional desync is powerfull, and for some reason it comes off cooldown as it stop working. It is a non-dispellable, non-resistable "timeout zone". It can take out your heroes and T4's as easily as it can your T1's. See below for particular problems and solutions.

It is the odd stuff on cooldowns that breaks the curves. This is mostly aimed at voidtech stuff:
Dimensional Desync I already mentioned. A irresistable, uncleanseable "timeout" zone on a cooldown as short as it's duration? Who thought that was a good idea?
Quickly highlighting this as I don't want to distract from the actual discussion but in 1.006 we made it so that Time Warp and Dimensional Instability can be removed using debuff cleansing abilities and operations.

That does not affect the Rift Generators Dymensional Desync Ability, unfortunately.
At least Dimensional Instability could be resisted and needed many levels to have a measurebale effect, so it was not utterly broken. With that change, if anything DI is a meh-ish debuff. It had low chances, you need many stacks, it can be easily cleansed.

You kinda alredy have use "Psionic Debuffs" as a kind that is hard to cleanse. There is a whole lot of cleanes/heals with cleanse that only affect "non-psionic" debuffs.
Maybe you could add Void (relating to space time effects around the unit) as a even higher level of cleanse?
Oh I thought these where the same effect, honestly there are so many even I can't keep track of them at times. I'll do some asking around and see what the opinions on this are.
