One question can you say as Germany take over checkslovakia and research checkslokian tanks beacuse checkslovakian tank destroyers are better than the early German ones.

No, but you get some of their tanks they have in stockpile. (at least that happens when you annex a country in a war. I assume the same is true for this event)
That would be an interesting implantation to say the least. Imagine the amount of complexity involved in that kind of addition though. I think a mod similar to BlackIce should come along and add that for the players who like a truly historical and in-depth play-through. Paradox usually focuses on developing a base game that works well that is able to be added on to rather heavily.
