I just thought I'd share what I'd found so far (if its up somewhere else forgive me this is the only forum I visit).

I haven't done any of the storylines so I don't know what happens with Colonel Zagloba or Mamai (I don't know if they become companions and have their own likes or dislikes).

This is also quick and dirty. There may be more to come and I may have missed a few while I was playing.

I got the base off TW forum, which was taken from a russian site.
Made corrections in regards to Ingri, so my list looks like this for now:

VERY nice list! Thanks for filling in my blanks.

I'm trying to come up with a good crew list too, and have only done a quick one, but it needs revising before I put it out there. Trying to come up with one where there is only one dislike for each char on the team.

I'm currently running this party:
Fatima, Ylisei, , Karlson, Fedot, Srabun and the Priest. To which you can add Colonel Zagloba when doing Polish Storyline or Mamai when doing Cossack one.


Ingri, Bakhyt, Tepes Viktor and Nogai would also make a party that doesn't quarrel.


There are probably others, but it's a bit of a pain to figure them out with the setup of non-reciprocal dislikes.

Sorry for necroing an old thread but I made a little program that finds out the largest possible stable party configurations. I used the relationship matrix Filou gave in post #3 as my source information.
