Excellent AAR so far, also I must add that it seems that you neglected your land forces in favour of your airforce as there always should be at least 70 divisions for Poland while Seigfried can be manned with up to 6 divisions per province (With the exception of the province that borders 2 French ones)
You should switch build orders to infantry as your allies will need help such as the Turks marching into the Soviet Caucasus mountains which will receive steady reinforcements.
