With Chinese Communist if you side with the Kuomintang to fight against Japan there is an error when you declare war on a third country and try to attack him (previously declaring war) will not let you, says "you can not attack to a neutral country "(eg nepal). If you ask for help the Kuomintang, lets you attack but after the war the Kuomintang keeps the conquered territory and you you're left with nothing.
