Common Sense, LIVE Stream w. Wiz & DDRJake tonight

As some might have already seen on our press release, we have a video dev diary with "Wiz" regarding the Common Sense expansion pack.

On top of that, we also have a live stream starting in just over 1 hour where "Wiz" and "DDRJake" not only will discuss the the new content, but also show it in live gameplay.

@Wiz, in the video you showed that government rank doesn't react to your current development/size, but rather is a requirement to improving it. So if you can have a weak nation like Byzantium be an empire then will new custom nations be given the ability to choose starting rank as well?

Also, on a similar topic, would you please consider the idea of adding a free boost to government rank for when Japan forms/unites? If you do that, would you also look at changing that decision to no longer remove the shogunate government type, because right now the AI always stupidly gives up their shogunate +4 diplo slots gov type for the feudal monarchy one upon taking the unite decision, which is really dumb, and can be easily changed.
