superb !
i must admit my favorite addition was the sjaelland
separation from land...

And that 1rr = -5 income from province is simply great
now we must make it less likely for revolts to occur
if they have been stomped out ergo if a province revolts
and the rebels are put down it must be at least 5 years
before it revolts again... I m pretty sure if u kill 3000
of able boddied revolters they will not regenerate instantly
over and over again... , or make it far less likely for a province
to revolt altogether the monetary penalty is more then enuff
to make people unwilling to war for a supremely long amount
of time based on common sinkage into financial troubles of
no return...

great job !!!
P.S.
Now if only Belorussia, Welikia, Polotsk,Azov and mozyr
were given back russian culture it would stipulate historical
correctness . *maybe leave belorussia lithuanian to keep
it boosted a bit but at present latin tech makes it much
unfavorable for russia to retake russian lands and poland is
superbly strong and needs no new boosts... these provs
should go back as they were originally+historicly occupied.

Eluminate uses nearly every posts of his, nearly every theme to talk about russian culture...

About the RR... I am right now thinking of the Japanese and Chinese RR events... just consider the effects...

WHAT!!!!!!

What u mean never really russian.!!!!!!
its 90+ percent russian population then and now
ur just using excuses to give it to lithuania or poland
which is extremely strong now... Basicly it needs
to be lowered in strength a bit and giving back polotsk/welikia/azov/mozyr/ and belorussia...
the way they should be originally/historicly is the
way to get back to equalibrium. :)

If your going to seperate the Denmark landbridge, then thraces landbridge to smyrna should also be removed. Byzantines fall way before they should in most games, and it's historical, the Ottomons didnt just walk into thrace from smyrna.

Unless I've misread something in my research on Russia (for the AGC), the area of Azov didn't become very populated by Russians until the Russian state started getting people to emigrate there purposedly, with the intent of (in EU2 terms) "lower the revolt risk" and Russify the people already living there. I could be wrong though.

The recruitment RR thing is interesting. It will make defensive wars a pain.
And be yet another benefit to European nations in MP, since they can hire mercenaries (so long as the pool is not empty, that is).

Not that that is a bad thing, but it does bear reminding.

Hmm, about the recruitment... can you "cheat" the system by doing some mass recruiting right before you declare war?

No.

The WE also rises from recruitment in peacetime. It should probably be considered dissatisfaction rather than war exhaustion.

It has always been 150%

The only place it is 50% is in the rollover tooltip text. :)

I am rather curious to see what will happen to China when they start to collapse. By the mid 17th century they will have a RR of well over 20, does this mean their provinces will get negative income? And will China get any income at all, I wonder if the Chinese will now bankrupt as often as their government falls.

Because the bonus is 150% - it is only the tooltip help that is misleading (when hovering over the wartax button)

In some cases, it much, much more than doubles you monthly tax income from provinces.

One example would be a non-state cultured non-state religion province without road access (at 10%), for a shia (or confucian) nation, while at stab <=1. The tax modifier would be 100%-30%-30%-10%-20%=10%.

With war taxes, the modifier would be 160%, an increase by a factor 16. :)
