The production screen shot showing detailing Fabric has an unusual caption I was hoping someone can explain. The artisans are making 18.1 of which 17.96 is sold on the world market and 1.05 is sold internally. This makes sense 17.96+1.05=18.01.

But the factory has 27.5 produced with 21.48 sold internally and 27.5 sold on the world market. This does not add up. Is this a bug?

Don't know. First off, I'm not one to inspect numbers that closely, so I had not even noticed. My biggest concern is just making more money than I spend overall. Second, these screenies are from about 5 patch versions ago, so the tool tips have changed some. I wouldn't be looking too hard for bugs in this AAR. Considering how long ago I started on it, you're bound to find some wrong doings without any problem.

Main reason for displaying the tool tip was, for simply displaying to tool tip so you guys might figure out that there is a wealth of info on each and every page in the game.

So with both calculations off, I guess it could be just a misunderstanding of how the information is presented (or could still be a bug).

Ok. I love the information on that tool tip and can imagine using it a lot to see how the production is working.

Assuming I want my production to meet all internal needs, that tool tip answers the question "am I overproducing and by how much?". If a factory is not selling on the world market, then I can assume it is underproducing. But it doesn't tell me how much.

So can I request a screenshot that shows something like "USA pops use 52.4 units of glass and produces 25.6 units internally" or however this is presented in the game?

From the AAR thread:

The inability to colonize adjacent provinces because your ports are too small sounds strange to me. I hope building railroads will have the same effect as increasing the naval base, as I was under the impression that it was the rairoads that opened up the west to the USA...

Washington and Oregon aren't adjacent to any of his owned provinces, hence why he can colonize Idaho and Colorado but not Oregon and Washington.
