It'd be nice if the traits were put out in a moddable text file, along with their bonsuses. Then we could add new traits, or at least tweak the existing ones.

Also, does Spotter on planes increase naval detection chance? If traits were moddable and there was something like naval_spotter, air_spotter, I could have my wish: knowing that air spotter commanders are just good at seeing things in the distance, as the trait implies.

Edit: also, it would be nice if:

# Mean number of "invention" events occuring per year

were expanded to include knobs for other types of random events, such as tech team increases/decreases, etc. ATM I don't think there's any way to control (or determine) their probability?
