Commander customization

Ok, newbie question, but how do you create an entirely new custom commander?

I belive previously when you selected one of your custom commanders and started to edit him, as long as any changes were made he was saved as a seperate, new character. But now it seems you "overwrite" your older one if you click "Done"...

Becasue I didn't do it in some time, might this be a bug?

Well, the thing is I did that. Changed traits, some visual elements and even the name, and it has overwritten my previous character... maybe an issue that was introduced with the new patch?

By pre-made I mean commanders that Triumph created. E.g you cannot overwrite Jack Gelder. Choose Jack, click "customize" and after you applied all the changes you wanted you will have both Jack and your new hero in the game.

Ah ok, that makes sense.

Although it does seem strange that they didn't ever add a simple "create new commander" button. Probably no one has seen it as an issue
