I've been trying to do some research on Combined Arms Bonuses and the unit balance between infantry, cavalry & Cannons. I've found some information about the arms bonus in an old thread but it still doesn't clarify some issues for me. Threads in question:

Is there a way to see & calculate what the combined arms bonus gives? Also these these threads tread lightly about the unit balance between the different units but doesn't go into depth. Any information about that would be welcome.
