Just a quick question: why does the interface at the technologie screen only tells me what additional width i have and not what it is alltogether? At the moment it tells me, as a country with 4 mil tech, only +5 and not 20, as the wiki told me (15 [base] + 5 [tech lvl 2+]).
I hope that the devs could improve this...
