I'd like to make the hero's combat spells cost only 1 action point instead of ending the hero's turn. Is this possible to do?

On that note, is it possible to remove the 1 combat spell per turn limit?
 
Yeah, I don't think we have the options to do that with spells.
You could make it a hero/leader tactical ability, those do have options for the amount of actions they take.
I have yet to work with them properly so don't know the exact uses of them but it might be an option.
Unfortunately, I think both of those are hard-coded in the game and non-moddable. I'm more certain on the second than the first.

Thanks, I actually wanted to make underused non-damage spells (which a lot of spells are) cost 1 AP in order to make them worth the opportunity cost of simply doing damage or guarding. I'd still like to keep them as spells instead of abilities so that they still cost mana and casting points. Looks like it's not easy to do.
