Today in the streaming there where a lot of colored planet icons next to some planets (while into the solar system) and next to some star systems in the main view. I saw a lot of red ones, some yellow and some gray.

Does anyone know what do they mean?

They indicate that there are habitable planets in those systems and how habitable they are for your species. I'm not completely sure, what the color coding is. Red might be "not yet colonizable", yellow probably means "you can do it, but it isn't that great" and green means "GO THERE, NOW!". Not sure what grey means. Maybe you can't reach it or you can never colonize it, because it is on the opposite of the planet spectrum?
