When I go to play as newfoundland on 1701 start it says where colony should be thisnationhasnogovernmenttype and the in front of the ruler it say this ruler has no title name shouldn't it say governer and colony and how to I fix it

that's one of the 'perks' of playing a non-1444 start date. It fixes itself once you actually go into the game, you'll have a governor and be a colony. There's no way to get it to not do that, you have to suck it up and deal with the start screen being broken.
