... seems to work one minute and not the next from what i can tell.

Everytime i amend the file it seems to hate what i have done, then it accepts it after a few hours/days without any further modifications...

Seems odd.

... and yes its in the db folder of the scenario i am working on.

I had originally worked on this using editplus, wordpad, and notepad incase i had saved it format that wasnt acceptable.

Nevermind, i got this resolved in the support forum thanks to MrT.
