Colony Question

So as England, I have British Canada and the Thirteen Colonies. New Holandia sits in the maritime provinces. They declare war on British Canada. Apparently my only recourse is to enforce peace??? I mean, they have literally moved their army into a province where I keep my N.America garrison and are besieging it right under my nose!? The 13 colonies have a huge army, but I guess since they are not officially allied, they don;t join in.


I assume this is WAD?

I think it is WAD, it represent that nations did not really send their forces into the new world, colony nations are on their own, make yours the most powerful and you should win.
