In the manual for IN it says that "trade goods in empty provinces everywhere in the world are unknown before they contain a colony of a certain size". Does anybody know what size that is?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Will they make sense to some extent?
It would be odd to see ivory all over North America!
King said:It's an event with an MTTH, so it might not fire immediately.
Ah, thank you King!King said:There are different events for different regions. So you are more likely to get furs in the far north of America, sugar in Brazil, slaves in Africa.
If the colony is destroyed, does the trade good "reset"?King said:You need at least 300 people

truth is life said:I don't think it does--Iceland, which is a Norwegian colony at the beginning of the game, tends to die out because Norway can't afford the upkeep. When it's fully depopulated, the provinces still say they will produce fish. Of course, this might be a special case.
Flop said:I don't suppose anyone knows what the mtth is?
Disclaimer said:I'd say it's mean time to happen.
Actually, that MIGHT well be a bug...Flop said:Yeah, I know. I meant to ask what the mtth for the event that shows the trading goods is. I've had Iceland over 1000 for a good 50 years now, and it still hasn't fired. Isn't it about time those settlers figure out how they're gonna make a living?
