What level of native hostility will you accept when colonizing?
I geneally will try to colonize aggresion Lv4 and below, at Lv5 and above I tend to send in the army to wipe them out(sorry pacify
)before I colonize.
This is an arbitrary limit I set. Anyone have a different view, Have you had success with it?
