Sometimes i see some countrys send 4, 5, 6 settlers to a location and only can send 1 each time... How can i send to 6 setlers a time?

- when using lag in MP
- when you have a colony, you send a colonist, natives revolt and wipe out your colony, and you immediately send another colonist ; but even so, you can only have two colonists on their road to any one province

No, because to have the natives revolt, you need a settlement there. So, the sequence is :Iso-A said:
- you have a colony
- you send a colonist
- natives revolt and wipe out your colony
- since the province is empty, the icon representing the under-way colony disappears, enabling you to
- send a second colonist
- without a colony, they can't revolt
- once the first colonist gets there (if he's successfull), you now have a colony, but only one colonist under-way
- natives may again revolt, but the colonist you'll send will only be the second, not a third, as the first one already hit home
