They don't appear to be. We first noticed this in multiplayer, haven't tried single player. You can waste a lot of money by sending colonists, then saving, then reloading. At least in our MP games, France gets bit by this all the time. Ask Maur13.

Correction: they save, but upon reload they don't actually do anything if they're successful. No population added.

No, it is MP bug. Basically, colonist doesn';t exist. i mean, graphic is there, but wehn they arrive, they just dissapper without any effect whatsoever. No failure, no succes, nothing.

we have pleyty of savefiles for this.

sorry for beign uncompregensible. we jsut infished 15 hours mp game :D

Yes, and because of frequent crashes, I think, honestly, we had to reload about 20 times. About two-thirds of those times, it was due to the chat bug.

Is the game loaded from the save taken on the host machine? It looks like you must load that save file for the game to be completely restored.

It doesn't matter, they also have no effect (except the fact you can't send another colonists there while the phantom one is still on it's way) when host loads his savegame.

Nobody complained about SP games... we only meant MP ones (yes, i know there should be "MP" in thread title, sorry).

We actually don't know if this bug even happen to host. Given other things (like bugs in hapenned events), there might be the case that host colonists are saved properly.

Ah, sorry. Obviously, they do save in SP games.

Another question is if they appear in previously-MP games played in SP mode.
