Colonies and Portugal - which rules which?

I indeed have a fair number of colonies. The reason why I gave up wat that the defeat against France put me back in VPs. It doesnt look like I will be able to catch up.

It is my intention to finish the Mugjal game first now. Until that time, I will freeze both this game and my Venice game. So at least the Mughal game will be finished (just a few months left to go, and not yet sure I will realize my aims).

Also, it's time to complete my tax forms , which demands most of my spare tiem.

I still have a fair number of issues of the Scotland report already written, so thats just a matter of publishing them.

I am not sure if I will be give up this game or not. It looks like France will just squeeze me. A victory over France or Spain seems out of the question.

There is good news and bad news.

When I tell you the good news is that I was able to purchase EU2 by mail , you will understand that the bad news is that I wont finish this one.

I will try to finish the Scotland story and the Venice game.
