I'm playing as Belgium and Im in a colonial war with Germany and a different colonial war with Russia. Nothing has really happenned in either oene so I decided to ask for peace. Both say no. I ask again in a minute and Russia says no. Germany accepts and the game freezes. It doesnt crash it just freezes. I ctrl-alt-del and close Victoria. I reload and try to do the same thing from the autosave and again when Germany accepts it freezes.
This happened also earlier in the game but when I reloaded Germany didnt accept right away and when they finally did there was no problem.
I can send a save if need be.
EDIT:
Ive tried it a few more times and it keeps doing the same thing but now when Russia accepts it freezes too.

Intel Pentium IV 2.2ghz
120gb HD
EDIT2: This time I just waited for Germany and Russia to ask for a white peace. It took a while but they finally did and I accepted. No problems.
