Playing as Ottoman, on my attempt to block Russia to colonize Siberia, I manage to vassalize & annex Perm, then link it with a line of cored province from yedishkul -> lower don -> veronesh -> tambov -> penza -> nizny novgorov -> vetluga -> viatka. Take expansion idea my self to start colonizing siberia. To my surprize I can't send my colonist to the very first province next to Perm with msg: 'The colony is too far, Pelym is 524 distance away from our closest unblocked core province with a port which is Yedishkul. Our colonial range is 275.' Is this mean it's not possible to colonize siberia? eventhough I take Exploration idea, it won't be possible to colonize the whole siberia unless i annex and core some province with port to the south. Some advices please. thanks.
