Colonial Nations and Trade Power

I'm playing with the 1.5 beta but maybe it doesn't matter. I'm getting lots of trade income from the trade node where my CN is in even though my trade power is very small:

Even my base trade collection value before modifiers is higher than anyone elses. Is this WAD?

That figure of 8.3 total trade power is wrong. Your CNs are actually granting half of their trade power to you, so in reality New York alone is giving you more than the total amount listed under your name.
