Colonial Nations and North Africa & Europe + CK2 Converted Games

So what happens if/when you conquer territory in North Africa? What if your capital is IN North Africa? Does Europe become the colonial area? What about CK2 games that are converted? I tend to conquer Ethiopia in CK2 games to have an easy path to India in EU4. Would this suddenly be "Portuguese Egypt" and "Portuguese Ethiopia" or will these territory's stay mine?

What about moving your capital off-shore? In the current version you can do it if you have only 1 territory left on your home continent - what happens if you do this, than conquer territory back in Europe? Do you suddenly get "British Europe" as a Nation? Can you move your Capital to "British North America" and if so, what happens to that area on the map and other "Colonial Nations" on the continent?

AFAIK, none of map in CK2 is considered a colonial area in EU so Northern Africa should not have anything to do with colonies.
Colonial nations will only appear in Americas.

Considering they've said so when it was asked in the dev diary threads then yeah he probably he is.
