I'm very curious as to how the patch purporting to fix the Expansion CN bug due to 1.8 CNs not recognising cores could have this slip through.
I just played a game with Kongo where Castille and Portugal colonized the tropical provinces of the gold coast while ignoring temperate Brazil. Some very weird things are going on.
