I was wondering, after a long game as Austria (then Germany after i won the 1866 war in VIP) I started to conquer a few parts of Africa, then Hawaii and New Zealand. What I had in mind was maybe spurring on some German immigration into these fine lands and do a sort of old British 'white dominion' thing, build up the area's economically, make them states of my mega-awesome empire. However i found myself with very little at all, only Hawaii somehow (god knows how).
