Colonial Company + Coaling Station

Not a big one but thought I'd throw it out there anyway:

The Colonial Company random event put a coaling station in a non coastal province. Must be for all of my Turkish 'Land Ships'.

Those provinces with lakes by them are 'coastal' provinces. Yea you would never dream of building a ship for that lake, but apparently the AI does.
