Will there be a boxed collector's edition for Hearts of Iron IV?

If not, will the standard retail edition come with any pre-order bonus?

There was a collectors limited edition for CK2 and EU IV available from Paradox Store or am I wrong?

I believe that was just a deluxe edition. Although that can be argued to just be a naming difference.

No the deluxe wasn't limited, I'm pretty sure there were limited editions with bits and pieces included with the game.
