Collector's Edition availability @ Target in USA?

I see that the pre-orders have shipped, and some arrived today in the USA. I also saw the news release saying that the Collectors Edition will be distributed exclusively at Target in the USA. Does anyone know if they will be in stores on the scheduled release date? Anyone else going to wait for this slightly cheaper option (sales tax is still cheaper than shipping charges), or going to pre-order from Paradox? Thanks!

I was planning on getting it from target too. they should have it on the 23rd, or 24th

Yeah, my dad preordered the game for Christmas for me, but he didn't get me the CE. So I'll probably get it from Target as well, and give the preordered copy to a friend.

AFAIK the expected availability date in the USA remains Jan 23rd. The CE edition would be in the stores on that date or perhaps a day or two later. It's probably best to phone your local store and ask them directly since they should have a decent idea of when they expect them.
