Although it´s not the Cold War as you know it, I recommend you to have a look at Fatherland.
It´s based on a German victory in World War 2.
In 1948, the start date of the Game, the Superpowers USA and Germany are caught in a new conflict... a Cold War.

Nope, Doomsday goes only until 1953 (1963 if you have Armaggedon), and the Cold War ended in the early 90s.

By official i mean the one with his own subforum.
