Cold War HOI

So I have not been on here much..too much school. Anyway, I keep seeing it alluded to, but have found nothing specific. Is there a Cold War version of HOI in the works? I would love to see one loosely based on HOI1. Man, that could be great. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated. Unless there is nothing in the works..then all your help will just make me angry...oy!

There was one, they even have a subforum in the scenarios forum, but ever since HoI2 came out, it's been pretty dead. Victor1234 has tried getting people to help him restart it, but he hasn't had much luck for now.
