Well, as i said I`m not sure, either Constantine or Licinius. Anyway, it is quite surely that period (early 4th century) anyway, as most found roman coins are from that period.
Btw, it is indeed very possible to get Roman coins. Actually, Roman coins aren`t rare at all (just as greek post alexander btw) - there are more roman coins than medieval coins from before 1500... As you know the Romans needed a lot of cash to pays for all those soldiers alongside all their long borders - since the hughe amount of coins. The period of unrest and internal wars of the 4th century provided the most coins.
You can get copper/bronze coins from that time for a few euro I guess, though most copper isn`t very good qualitatively (silver coins seem to stay fine longer but those are a bit more expensive, ~15 euro for a mediocre one)
Gold of course is rare and expensive
If you live in England or balkans you can also just try to dig a bit around. You have a fair chance to find something roman
