Are levies counted towards "cohorts" for other nations, whilst only my Legion Cohorts count, or is it as I fear, that Rome has 219 conhorts within its Legions, Seluecids 239, whilst I only have a measly 29 as Egpyt, and that my economy could possibly support anything like that number?

Phew! Solved, I raised levies and my "cohorts" shot up to 229 in the ledger.
