Coats of arms (country) messed up after adding one

Hi everybody

Not sure if I'm in the good section to talk about my modding problem, correct me if I'm wrong.
So, I've wanted to split off the duchy of Novgorod (Pskov and Novgorod). Here, all's fine. But when I start the game, all the CoA are messed up.
I didn't forgot to adding one for the duchy of Pskov, but it looks so weird that I restore my backup.

So, maybe it's obvious, but how to prevent that from happening ? I really love modding this game and this is disappointing so much :sad:

Clear flag cache it is on documents/paradox interactive/crusaders kings 2/gfx/flags.
