Coat of arms messed up

Since the recent patch many of the nation's coat of arms are messed up. For example Austria has the coat of arms of Hesse and Ansbach the one of Bavaria. I figured it may be a problem with the game files so I first checked them in Steam (no problems reported) and then reinstalled the game. But the problem still exists.

My mods are all deactivated and the problem exists even with all DLCs deactivated.

Please try a full clean re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-EU4
- manually delete all files and folders left under Steam/EU4 AND Documents/Paradox/EU4
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.

I also have this problem and will try your recommendations and update here.

EDIT: That fixed it for me. I also have the correct checksum and all Paradox DLC's enabled.
