I did a test yesterday, as Castile, France, England, Milan, Savoy and almost all the western HRE states would declare on me without fail if I had 70 troops, and not declare on me at all if I had 75...It was just kind of funny.
It's easy to get nations out of a coalition though, just declare on an ally of theirs, that's why England is out, because they keep allying one province minor Whales and the Irish two remaining, and I just use those alliances to declare war on England every 5 years (which peace the war leader minor) so England is almost gone
