So I was trying to release all the nations on my own, like a decolonization timeline to keep me entertained during covid-19. Anyway, I'm stuck on this one nation, the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. I looked online on 3 different websites, nothing. I try releasing it as uk, i cant unless i do the focus. So i do the focus and it never even released it. Does anyone know the tag for it?
