Co-belligerents Not Working?

I noticed that when I check the co-belligerent box (green check mark appears), that nation does not enter the war as a co-belligerent like it is supposed to. Does PI know it doesn't work?

I did. And I am quite disappointed. I wanted to conquer their allies too. =(

Allies of the nations you attack can refuse call to arms. This is common, especially if they are already in a war and would be wrecked by the new invader.

I think you`re right. I`m not sure if it 100% but sometimes cobelligent doesn`t work properly

If it doesn't work, you can still manually call them in (or should be able to)
